The AHV Metri Tablet improves the hygiene of the uterus, stimulates the release of the placenta and supports the well-being of the animal.
Cows that ultimately do struggle with uterine challenges risk being less active and therefore have a reduced dry matter intake. The resulting loss of energy may have a strong impact on fertility parameters such as insemination rate, heat (detection) and inter-calving periods as well as economic parameters related to milk production and animal health, treatment and value.
How to use the Metri Tablet
AHV Metri Tablet is part of the AHV program to support Uterine health and works excellently in combination with the Transition program.
AHV Metri Tablet has been developed to support the dairy cow after calving. The unique blend of bioactive components positively influence the immunological, enzymatical and hormonal pathways as well as the mechanical (muscle) functions associated with good uterine health.
AHV Metri Tablet is provided orally, with an AHV tablet applicates, making application easy. Regurgitating feed boluses may impair tablet administration. Wait for the feed bolus to be (re)swallowed or allow the cow to stand 15 minutes prior to applying the product.
